Inspired by an antique ring from Simone's family, our Domed Signet Solitaire encases your heirloom diamond in rich 18kt gold. This piece has a wonderful weight to it, and while it feels like a substantial statement piece, it's perfect for everyday as an engagement ring or on any finger. This style is ideal for round diamonds that are between .50 and 2cts.

"The original ring came from my husband Max's grandmother, Katie (aka Grammy) who had inherited it from her mother-in-law, "Cookie". Katie had her own engagement ring and wore this ring on her right hand, though I don't know if it was some else's engagement ring previously. It's an old European cut diamond set in a rose gold, and with the style of setting, I'd guess it dates to the 1930s or 1940s."
"It's become such a symbol to me of Max's late grandmother, who he was incredibly close with and passed away in 2018, and her decades long marriage to her husband, Tom. It was very important to me to preserve the story of their incredible love and partnership (even if it wasn't THE engagement ring) but be able to wear this piece in a way that felt more secure and a bit more 'me.'"
