How do I know if my diamond will fit?
We craft your lola necklace to the exact specifications of your diamond. This design is ideal for round diamonds from 0.15cts to 1.5cts. If you're not sure of your diamond size, you can download use our printable guide to estimate here.
What if my diamond is still set in a ring/necklace/earring?
No problem. We are happy to carefully unset your diamond for you. Please let us know if you would like the original setting returned, or used as credit towards your invoice.
Can the pendant be removed from the chain?
Both of our Lola pendant styles (top loop and bunny ears) are not removable from the chain.
What are the chain options?
In Rose and White gold, we offer a beautiful classic solid gold cable chain in 16", 18" and 20" lengths in 14kt and 18kt gold.
In Yellow gold, in addition to classic cable, we offer an oval link chain in 16", 18", and 20" lengths in 14kt and 18kt gold.
Every neck is different! We recommend measuring for your favorite necklace length. We're always happy to make length adjustments. 16" is known as clavicle length, 18" is known as pendant length, and 20" is known as matinee length.

How do I know if my diamond is real?
If you're uncertain if your stone is a natural diamond or an imitation, we are happy to test it upon arrival for you.
A few signs that your diamond more likely to be genuine:
The stone looks sparkly, lively, beautiful, and carefully set in its current setting. If you look at it carefully or under magnification you can see some imperfections inside.
A few signs that it may be an imitation diamond:
The stone is not sparkly, lively or reflecting light. The setting is imprecise and the metal doesn't really seem to be holding in the stone. If you look closely at the stone or under magnification, you do not see any imperfections.
If you'd like to test your diamond, you could consider purchasing a Gem Oro diamond tester (they run about $120+ from jewelry supply stores), asking a trusted jeweler or gemologist, independent appraiser, or simply waiting for us to assess it upon receipt!
I love this necklace but my diamond isn't round!!
We are only offering this quick and easy online version of our process for round diamonds at this time, however, we can absolutely make a custom setting for your non-round diamond. Please book in for a phone consultation to discuss options!
