SALES ASSOCIATE
This is a full time in-person role with the opportunity to grow within the company at our NYC headquarters.
Requirements
- A deep love and respect for vintage, sentimental, and heirloom jewelry.
- Nuance and context are very important to you.
- Excellent knowledge of fine jewelry. You can identify common setting styles, the metals typically used in fine jewelry, gemstone shapes and cuts, and have a knowledge of the major historical periods of jewelry design eg. Victorian.
-Compose clear and confident written communication in English without assistive technology.
-Organized.
-Comfortable learning new apps and working with data.
- Experience with jewelry production. You deeply understand how jewelry is made.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients by phone conducting professional and organized consultation phone calls each week.
- Compose beautiful proposals and correspond with clients throughout their projects.
- Communicate with our in-house design and production teams throughout each client's jewelry process.
- Handle complex tasks, problem solve, and handle jewelry materials in-studio.
