Coin Charm Cluster for Ascanio

Ascanio's father gifted him with a coin necklace at birth that unfortunately went missing when he was a teenager. Having purchased two of our sourced coins, an ancient Roman piece depicting a twisted serpent and a bronze coin depicting Romulus and Remus, he wanted to create a symbolic piece that paid homage to his beloved lost coin necklace.

We set the two blackened coins in bright gold bezels, combining them with a cornicello, an Italian symbol said to ward off evil, on a substantial box chain. We love how all of the elements of this talismanic piece came together.
