What is the difference between custom jewelry renovations and the heirloom collections?
Our heirloom collections are a selection of our favorite designs to create with your materials. These are tried and true pieces that we've found to be flexible for the variety of heirloom materials we see in our studio. Our custom work starts with a phone consultation where we learn about your personal style and your jewelry, and then design around your materials specifically.
What does it cost to renovate jewelry?
We price each custom project individually and present complete pricing with our proposals. Costs vary depending on the type of piece, labor, complexity, and materials involved in your project.
Many of our projects are in the $2000-$7000 range. We have beautiful design concepts under $2000 if you are open to suggestions. (PS. Our Heirloom Collection has several options under $2000!) We can apply the value of any extra gold or platinum from your original materials towards the cost of your project.
What if I am not in NYC?
We work with clients all over the US. Once you've selected designs and we know which of your pieces we'll be working with, we can prepare an insured FedEx Overnight or 2 Day label for you. We'll send you instructions for how to safely pack and ship your jewelry to us. Please note that we are not working internationally at this time.
